Northwest Cape Coral, with room to spread out.
Newer construction, bigger lots and fewer neighbors. It's still growing, so new homes go up all the time, and it's where some of the Cape's biggest new projects are headed.

At a glance
NW Cape Coral in a nutshell.
- Newer construction and larger lots
- Quieter and more spread out
- Farther from the bridges and downtown
- A growing area, with many homes converting from well and septic to city utilities
Good to know
The honest version.
Utilities
Parts of the Northwest are still on well and septic, and the city is expanding water and sewer through the area. That can come with an assessment, so we check every home's status and what's still owed.
The water
There's Gulf access along parts of the western edge, but much of the interior is freshwater. Great for kayaks and fishing, and easier on the price.
Getting around
It's a longer drive to the bridges and downtown, honestly. The trade-off is space, quieter streets and Matlacha right next door.
