Good to know

The honest version.

01

The water

A lot of the older Gulf access canals are down here, close to the river. Bridge heights and travel time to open water still vary street by street, so we check both for every home.

02

The homes

This is the oldest part of the Cape, so expect more homes from the '60s through the '80s, plenty of updates and some full rebuilds mixed in. Inspections matter a little more here.

03

Getting around

The Cape Coral Bridge and the Midpoint Bridge both land you in Fort Myers fast. Downtown is right around the corner.
